Before founding Business Networking Done Right, Andrew spent years inside traditional networking organizations, including BNI. He saw what worked, but he also saw what did not. Groups where members were pressured to volunteer for roles that pulled them away from their own business. Events with little structure or follow-up. Referrals that led to dead ends instead of real growth. Business owners spinning their wheels in endless networking circles without seeing results.

Andrew was the first to bring the Network In Action model to Northern Colorado, a professionally led format designed to solve the problems he had experienced firsthand.
